Growing up in South Africa, Biltong was at the centre of all memorable occasions. From teething to family meals, from sports events to pub snacks with friends, this tasty snack has played a huge role in my life. Moving to the UK, I struggled to find good quality and deliciously meaty biltong, so I decided to make it myself. With that, The Biltong Shack was born.

We source the finest British Beef, combine it with all-natural ingredients and then air-dry it to create a snack that is high in protein, allergen-free and low in sugar and carbs.
