Deliveries & Returns
All orders are sent via Royal Mail with a 2-4 working day delivery estimate. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Please note, we make some seriously tasty biltong and on rare occasion we may be out of stock. If you have any concerns, give us a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help track down your order. Hopefully your house mate hasn’t got to it first.

Returns and Refunds
In the extremely unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a product, please get in contact with us right away at email@example.com, as we operate a returns policy.
Our returns policy lasts 28 days and to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in it’s original packaging, in the same condition that you received it and you must have proof of purchase.
Food Goods may be exempt from being returned due to their perishable nature. A full refund or replacement will be offered at the discretion of The Biltong Shack.
We strive to make top-class products, accompanied with top-class service and we will aim to respond to all issues within 48 hours.
