The Biltong Shack Cooking Club:

Scrambled eggs and avocado on sourdough topped with The Shack's Spicy Biltong.

Feeling like cooking up a treat for your family, friends or a loved one? Why not try a weekend classic with a twist. All you need is eggs, avocado, sourdough and a bag of The Spicy One from the Biltong Shack.

Recipe (Serves 2)

5 eggs

2 x 30g Spicy Snack bags

Sourdough

1 x avocado

Butter

Milk

salt & pepper

Method

Fry up some scrambled eggs with oil and butter to your liking. We like our scrambles eggs slow and soft. Meanwhile, toast some lovely local sourdough and smash up some ripe avocados. Once ready, assemble the tasty ingredients and top with our Shacks Finest Spicy Bitong.
