Here's an easy Biltong snack recipe for you to try at home. It's a real tasty hunger buster.
Ingredients - serves 1 hungry Shack Fan
2 x Garlic Biltong Snack bags (The Biltong Shack's 'The Garlic One')
2 x bagels
Cream Cheese
Pepper
A small bunch of chives, chopped for garnishing
Let's get cooking
Cut bagels into halves and toast to your liking. Smear a large dollop of cream cheese on the bagels and top each half with biltong and freshly chopped chives.
